About Me
Hello:D, my name is Azman Choudhury, and I am a Finance major at the City College of New York. I grew up in Parkchester in the Bronx, New York, and my experiences growing up in the city played a major role in shaping who I am today. Living in New York exposed me to many different cultures, perspectives, and forms of expression, which influenced both my interests and personality. I have always been someone who enjoys learning new things and understanding how systems work, whether that is in finance, technology, or everyday life.
One of my biggest interests is finance, especially investing and understanding how markets function. I enjoy learning about stocks, options, and long term financial growth, and I am always looking to improve my knowledge in the field. As someone majoring in finance, I hope to continue building a strong understanding of financial systems and eventually turn that knowledge into a meaningful career.
Outside of academics, music has always been an important part of my life. I enjoy listening to different genres depending on my mood, and I see music as both a way to relax and a form of self expression. I also have a strong appreciation for graffiti and street art. Growing up in New York, I came to see graffiti not simply as vandalism, but as a creative language and a way for people to express themselves and leave a mark on the world around them. I find the culture, history, and artistic expression behind it really interesting.
Alongside my studies, I also value hard work, growth, and real world experience. Whether through school, work, or personal interests, I always try to challenge myself, learn from experiences, and continue growing both academically and personally. This portfolio represents a part of my academic journey and highlights the work that reflects my development as a student
